2013 AGM & FROLIC

Members wishing to attend the 2013 AGM and Frolic (20-22 Sept.) should make their reservation with the Milton Hill House hotel (contact Sophie Costello 01235 825731) before 7th May. Once you have done so, you should complete the attendance form circulated with the Spring Newsletter and post it together with a cheque of £60 per person (payable to 'Parson Woodforde Society') to Martin Brayne.

The cost of the week-end - £220 per person sharing, £250 per person single - is made up as follows:
Per person sharing - £140 (dinner bed & breakfast for two nights) + £20 (Sunday lunch) + £60 ( payable to Society for coach, admissions, pre-dinner drinks etc.) = £220.
Per person single - £170 (dinner, bed & breakfast for two nights) + £20 (Sunday lunch) + £60 ( payable to Society for coach, admissions, pre-dinner drinks etc.) = £250.
